Croham Hurst School needed a new identity. Like many schools, it has a history and reputation to be proud of, but while its market had moved on, its communications remained in the past. Our task was to weave tradition and heritage into a relevant, contemporary identity that reflected the school’s culture of achievement and community.
The solution came from taking its icon – a dandelion - and transforming it into a simple identity that represented junior and senior schools. Each interpretation of the identity directly reflected the school's values. Some see pupils around a table, others see the junior school within the senior school, and others see strength in the community, while some simply see the school's key icon represented in a clean contemporary fashion
