Effective internal communications should emulate the visual characteristics of the rest of your marketing mix. After all these are seen more frequently than any other element of your communications once interested parties have become customers. As consistency is key to effective brand building it is only natural that the brand maintains its look and feel. If done correctly, the brand maintains the promise the audience found so compelling at the beginning of the customer relationship.
At Croham Hurst School, as we do for so many of our commercial clients, we created an internal print design system that echoed the visual characteristics of its external communications. Adapted for internal use, the range of printed collateral included letterheads, business cards, compliment slips, signage and report systems.
